Hey SY!

My take is that you should definitely go paris! I am thinking more along the lines of- when will you ever get the CHANCE to go there! and furthermore you're soooooo much nearer to paris than when you're in singapore. However, I am gonna be a nag and say it's definitely less safe, considering you are in a foreign area. and afterall, you are a lady! DANGER MIGHT BE LURKING AROUND. why not ask your OTHER friends, i.e. international friends that you met on exchange to see whether they are keen on going to paris. at least you have accompany? try asking around =D
